Yann Coléou joined the Sodexho group in 1985 to manage the development of the healthcare sector. Over the years he has assumed increasing responsibilities in this division, first as Sales Manager and finally as Operational Manager.

In 1999, he was appointed General Manager of the Healthcare Dvision and became General Manager of Sodexho France in 2003. Yann Coléou is also responsible for Sodexho India. In March 2006, he was elected President of the French Association for Contract Catering the SNRC.

In December 2006, FERCO’s General Assembly elected Yann Coléou as Vice-President, overseeing the area of social dialogue and corporate social responsability.
