FERCO aims to extend its visibility by drawing together a broader representation across the EU, Scandinavian countries, Central and Eastern Europe. Since FERCO was inaugurated in 1990, new national associations have flourished from year to year.

All of them are now FERCO members. FERCO and its members encourage and support the creation of national associations representing the specific interests of contract caterers in all Member States and look forward to seeing Central and Eastern Europe join FERCO’s ranks.
